The final count of the vote held on March 16th, 2020 was as follow:

• 57 Units (79.2%) voted in favour to adopt the new Governing Documents
• 1 Unit (1.3%) voted against the proposal
• 14 Units (19.5%) did not vote either way.

Structural work on our building began on August 19th, 2020. The contractors repaired and replaced all extension joints on the catwalks and weakened columns. This work became necessary to address normal wear and tear of our aging building.
