By law, Condominium Associations must retain records related to the affairs of the Association for 7 years, with the exception of Minutes of Meetings which must be retained forever. Grantham E will maintain records within this digital archive up to 3 years. After that period, paper copies of our records will be kept in the filing cabinet in the Grantham E office.

All notices, agendas and minutes of meetings and other related documents are kept in file in the office as well as Seacrest’s office.
