Record management

By law, Condominium Associations must retain records related to the affairs of the Association for 7 years. Grantham E will maintain records within this digital archive up to three years. After that period, paper copies of our records will be kept in the filing cabinet in the Grantham E office for the following 4 years before they are destroyed.

All notices, agendas and minutes of meetings and other related documents are kept in file in the office as well as Seacrest’s office.

New Governing Documents

The final count of the vote held on March 16th, 2020 was as follow:

57 Units (79.2%) voted in favour to adopt the new Governing Documents
1 Unit (1.3%) voted against the proposal
14 Units (19.5%) did not vote either way.
